This function can be used after conversion if there are inactive owners with open charges in the database. It keeps their charges from being included in the Open AR amount shown on the Dashboard and the Property screen.
To exclude owners from open AR
Go to Admin > Toolbox and select Exclude Owner from Open AR.
Complete the top part of the screen (the filter), and click Find. The bottom part of the screen displays the matching owners.
Select the Exclude checkbox for the owners you want to exclude and click Update.
Their charges are no longer included in the Open AR amounts.
