Company Settings screen > Deposit Setup tab.

This tab shows the accounting setup for deposits: charge codes and G/L accounts for different types of deposits, including the main deposit (the security deposit), and deposits for keys, pets, and other items.

You can edit it if you use different charge codes and GL Accounts for deposits.

Any charges with the charge codes entered here will be recognized by Breeze as refundable, and will appear in the Deposit section of the Owner screen.

If you collect a deposit that is not refundable (for example, a pet deposit), you should remove it from this screen.

If you want to add another kind of deposit to the setup, you can add it to the Other Deposits row.

If you want to change the deposit labels, for example, if you want to change "Other Deposits" to "Cleaning," you can do so at Admin > Toolbox > Custom Lists > Deposit Labels.
