The Violation report displays a summary of all violations by property.
Go to Reporting > Property > Violations Report.
The Violations Report opens showing all violations. This report contains information regarding the property, unit, owner, reported date, category, violation, status, notes, last inspection, and inspection count.
Use the report filter to adjust what information the report displays.
You can filter by property, unit, owner, date from and to, category, violation, and status.
Click Apply.
This report can be exported to Excel or PDF by clicking the desired format button. You can email this report as an attachment by clicking Email.
Violation Information
To view detailed information regarding the violation, click the violation row and Breeze will display the Violation Information screen.
This screen can be exported to Excel or PDF format.
Note: Once a Violation has been created, it cannot be deleted.
