Use the Maintenance Request Directory to locate and review maintenance requests.
Go to Reporting > Property > Maintenance Request.
You can sort by any column header, or use the filter to limit the requests that are displayed. Click in any row to view details.
On the right, there is a column for vendors, allowing you to locate all the requests that are assigned to a specific vendor. For example, if you are having a vendor come out and do a repair, you could check to see if there are other requests assigned to him.
