CondoCafe is a website where you can use the owner portal to pay fees, upload documents, create a user profile, and submit maintenance requests.

You have to set up the property and publish it to CondoCafe. On the Property screen, open the CondoCafe tab and complete it.

This feature enables you to upload documents directly within Breeze Premier, where they can be easily accessed by owners through the portal. You can choose to share documents with the entire community or limit access to board members only. Additionally, you have the option to upload documents that are tailored to specific individual owners.

At this time, there is no board voting functionality in Breeze Premier or CondoCafe. In the meantime, you can use the email feature to send proposals and include a link to an external voting tool for board members to vote and provide comments.
