If an owner has outstanding charges, Breeze shows the amount at the top of the screen.

To view details, click the Outstanding Charges button. Breeze displays the Unpaid Charges report for that owner.

You can also access this report by clicking the Unpaid Charges tab on the Owner screen.

To view the unpaid charges of multiple owners at once, go to Reporting > Accounts Receivable > Unpaid Charges.

By default, the report shows all the unpaid charges in your portfolio, but you can filter by property, unit or owner, and from the report, you can drill down on a specific charge.
