In Breeze Premier, transactions are created in batches. After a batch has been posted, you cannot delete individual transactions, you can only reverse them.
This article describes how to delete multiple transactions at once.
To delete multiple transactions
Go to Admin > Toolbox and select Delete Transactions.
Select a Transaction Type.
Complete the other fields on the screen to filter transactions. In the example shown above, we entered a Person (an owner) and a Date Range.
You can also filter by control number. For more information about control numbers, see the last section of this article.
Click Find. Breeze displays matching transactions in the lower half of the screen.
Select the transactions you want to delete and click Delete. A warning message appears.
Enter a reason and click OK. Breeze deletes the transaction.

The following conditions apply:

Filtering by Control Number
The control number is a unique identifier for each transaction. Control numbers are displayed on the transaction screen, in the bread-crumbs section at the top.
On the Delete Transactions screen, you can filter by control numbers, allowing you to easily locate the transactions you want to delete.
