Can I track conversations with owners?
Yes, Breeze makes it easy to track conversations with owners. You can use the Activity Feed to enter notes about interactions with owners. The Activity Feed records the time, date, and the user who entered the information.
What do I need to do when a unit is sold?
On the unit page, click the Sell Unit button. When you do this enter the new owner information. This will automatically move the old owner out and the new owner in.
Can I undo a sale if I entered the owner purchase information incorrectly?
Yes, Breeze makes it easy to undo a purchase if owner information was entered incorrectly. You can delete the incorrect owner information and if necessary delete any transactions associated with the incorrect owner.
