Summer 2025 Release

Accounts Payable

  • When using the built-in AP invoice approval workflow, you can now decide what happens when an invoice is rejected. You can keep rejection as the final step, disallowing further action after an invoice has been rejected, or you can add an approval process to change it to a soft rejection, allowing users to return the invoice to the workflow for additional review. You can make this change by modifying the Reject step on the Approval Setup screen.

  • When editing an invoice, you can now expand the Notes field to review the text in its entirety. Also, you can collapse the image on an invoice, allowing you to expand the Notes field even further.

  • We increased the size of the Notes field, allowing you to easily review notes on an invoice.

CHECKscan

  • You can now add CHECKscan receipts to customers in addition to owners.

  • You can now delete any CHECKscan receipt batches regardless of their source. Previously, you could delete only full-service CHECKscan batches.

Other Accounting Changes

  • You can now delete recurring journal entries.

  • When reviewing the list of bank accounts, you will now see only active bank accounts. If you need to review inactive bank accounts, you can use the filter to include inactive bank accounts or to show only inactive bank accounts.

Maintenance Requests

On the Maintenance Requests tab of the Owner screen, if the owner has no maintenance requests, Breeze now displays a message stating that there are no maintenance requests. Previously, the screen was blank.

Tokens

The following token is now available when editing email templates for maintenance requests on the Email Templates tab of the Company Settings screen: ^Maintenance Request Number^. You can use this token to include the maintenance request ID on emails sent to vendors or owners.

Reports and Correspondence

We made the following changes to the existing reports:

  • You can now create a schedule to have Breeze automatically send owner statements to owners.

  • Under Vendor correspondence, you can now sort the data displayed on the Remittance Advice tab by payment date in ascending or descending order.
