The Standard Account Tree is a mechanism used in Breeze for financial reporting. It is updated automatically when you add, delete, or modify a GL account but it can occasionally get out of synch. You can run this function if the financial reports are not showing all the accounts that you expect.
Go to Admin > Toolbox and select Rebuild Account Tree.
Click Rebuild Account Tree. Breeze displays a confirmation message when the rebuild is complete.
Note: If you go back to a financial report that you have run previously, the report will load automatically with the old account information. To see changes, click Display.
If rebuilding the account tree did not correct the reports, double-check Reporting > Admin Reports > Chart of Accounts to ensure the GL account is placed in the right section and has the correct total into for that section. After corrections, rebuild the account tree again and double-check the report.
