Open the Property screen.
Go to the Units tab.
Click the Edit icon (the pencil).
Note: This screenshot shows a Condo Type property- if this property is a Co-op Type Property the % Common column would display Shares.
Click the Add Unit button. A new row appears in the unit grid.
Complete the row.
Click Save.
