Financial summary reports include common reports like income statements, budget comparisons, trial balance reports, and more. With financial summary reports, you can view G/L account data for one or more properties.
The Cash Flow Statement report shows an operating cash flow statement, with sources and uses of capital shown at the bottom and a running balance at the top.
The Cash Flow Statement – Balance report lets you review beginning and ending cash (cash receipts minus cash payments) for a selected time period.
Average Occupied Percent: Averages the values for all reported intervals The report must start at the beginning of the budget period to coincide with the beginning cash amount.
Average Leased Percent: Averages the values for all reported intervals
Net Cash Flow: Change in Cash and Cash Equivalents for all accounts in the time period
Beginning Cash:
Initial period: Combined final balance for all accounts from the cash flow account tree; ties to the first reported interval.
Subsequent periods: Net Cash Flow + previous period Ending Available Cash
Ending Available Cash: Beginning Cash + current period Net Cash Flow; ties to the last reported interval.
Restricted Cash Balance: Totals all restricted accounts in the selected account tree.
Total Property Cash: Ending Available Cash + Restricted Cash Balance
Total column: Totals across all periods for each account. Select Total on Right checkbox to display row totals at the far right side of the report. Otherwise, totals are displayed prior to the first reporting period.
Cash Flow Statement report analyzes actual income and expenses. The report shows totals and percentages for all accounts that affect cash for the specified period-to-date and year-to-date.
This report can be exported to Excel or PDF by clicking the desired format button. You can email this report as an attachment by clicking Email.
