Breeze provides several financial reports that can help give financial information related to a property or properties.
Go to Reports > Financial Reports
On the left side of the screen, you can see the list of reports that you can run.
Cash Flow Statement - the Cash Flow Statement report analyzes actual income and expenses. The report shows totals and percentages for all accounts that affect cash for the specified period-to-date and year-to-date.
Income Statement - use the Income Statement report to view actual income and expenses for a period. The report shows actual account totals and percentages for a specified period-to-date and year-to-date.
Trial Balance - use the Trial Balance report to view a summary of transactions on the general ledger. The report shows charges, receipts, journal entries, checks written, payables, and forward and ending balances during a specified period.
Trial Balance CR/DR - use the Trial Balance Credit/Debit report shows a summary of transactions on the general ledger. The report shows credits and debits during a specified period.
Balance Sheet - use the Balance Sheet report to view liability and capital account balances. The report shows the current and beginning balance in a specified month range and the net change between them.
Balance Sheet (Period Change) - use the Balance Sheet (Period Change) report to view liability and capital account balances for a specific period. The report shows the current and beginning balance in a specified period and the net changes for that period.
General Ledger - use the General Ledger report to view details about transactions on the general ledger. The report shows charges, receipts, journal entries, checks written, and payables during a specified period.
Cash Transactions - the Cash Transactions report provides information on all cash transactions.
Transaction Registers - the Transaction Register report helps you troubleshoot financials or backup financial reporting. The Transaction Register reports allow you to generate reports based on a specific transaction selection (for example, a payable, charge or receipt). It then shows the details of the transaction or the transaction batch.
Budget Comparison - the Budget Comparison report lets you compare actual income and expenses to budgeted income and expenses. The report shows actual and budgeted account totals and the variance between them for the specified period-to-date and year-to-date, as well as the annual budget.
Quarterly Statement - the Quarterly Statement report shows actual account totals for each 3-month quarter in a specified month range.
12 Month Budget - use the 12 Month Budget report to compare actual income and expenses to budgeted income and expenses. The report shows actual account totals for past months, budgeted totals for future months, and the variance between the budgeted and actual totals for the specified year. You can generate the report as an income or cash-flow statement.
Select a report, complete the filter, and click Display.
