The Owner Delinquency Summary report shows a summary of the owners who are delinquent from 0-30 days thru Over 90 days owed. This report also shows any prepayments made to the owner's unit.
To run the report
Go to Reporting > Owner > Delinquency.
The Owner Delinquency Summary report appears.
Select the filter button to limit the results by the property, owner, owner status, phone number, email, or amount.
Select the Excel or PDF buttons to export as a spreadsheet to Excel or as a PDF document.
