This article is intended for associations; its purpose is to help you answer questions you might receive from owners. To do this, we show the process from the owner's perspective.
Creating maintenance requests on CondoCafe is quick and easy. Just have the owner log into CondoCafe and follow the steps listed below.
To enter a maintenance request
On the home page, click the Maintenance tab.
The Maintenance Request form appears. Complete the form and click Submit.
After the request is saved, it can be found on the Request History tab.
This tab displays a list of your maintenance requests. If the work has been done, the status is Work Completed and the Date Completed field is filled in.
Maintenance Requests in Breeze
When an owner submits a request, it is visible in Breeze, under Maintenance.
Maintenance requests from CondoCafe have a Web status.
