Go to the Company Settings page and click the Online Payments button. This will open the Payment Processing portal, where you can set up online payment processing.
Note: The Online Payments button only appears for the SPOC user.
How do I set up online payments for a property?
If you have enabled online payments for your system, you can turn them on for a property by going to the CONDOCafé tab and selecting which payment methods you want to accept.
Can owners make partial payments online?
Yes. But you need to ask Breeze Support to enable this option (you can make the request in a chat session). Once the feature has been turned on, owners can set up recurring payments (or one-time payments) for any amount.
Can owners make prepayments online?
No. Owners can only pay existing charges. For this reason, you should run monthly posting early (for example, on the 25th) so that there will be charges for owners who want to pay early. As an alternative, you could set up a task that will post the charges automatically on the 25th.
