Breeze makes it easy to view the communication that you have sent to an owner in a single place. The Owner screen contains the Communication tab.
The Communication tab shows all communication for the selected owner as well as entries from the Activity Feed. You can use the Activity Feed to record interactions and track conversations with an owner.
To view owner communication
Go to the Owner screen, and open the Communication tab.
The items are sorted by date, showing the most recent ones first.
Having all the communication with an owner in one place can be useful if you are preparing for a legal proceeding. You can email the information on the tab, or export it to PDF or Excel.
This information is also displayed on the Communication History report.
