Breeze allows you to easily send email and text messages to owners. For example, you can email invoices to all your owners at once, or you could send a text message to every owner at a property announcing upcoming repairs in the parking lot.

Using this feature, you can send documents via email to your owners (invoices, statements, etc.). The email message is generated from a template, but you can edit the template to make it more personal.

Using this feature, you can send a custom email message to one or more owners in your database. You can send the same message to all the owners at a property, or you can narrow it down and send a message to a single owner.
