When an owner makes an online payment on CondoCafe, a receipt record is created in Breeze. The status is Processing.
The Notes field shows that it is a receipt for online payment.
Once a day, CondoCafe runs a task that creates deposits. The status of the receipt changes to Deposited.
CondoCafe creates a deposit record in Breeze.
The task consolidates receipts that have the same bank account, so there is one deposit per bank account per day.
The deposit record does not mean that the funds are in your account yet -- it means that CondoCafe has started the process that transfers the funds. The payments will appear in your account in 3-5 business days.
