A company's fiscal year is its financial year - - a 12-month period that the company uses for accounting purposes. In Breeze, by default, the fiscal year coincides with the calendar year and ends in December.
You can change the fiscal year-end on a per-property basis.
Open to the Property page. Select the Edit icon and change the value in the Fiscal Year End field.
Rebuilding the GL
When you change the fiscal year for a property, you should run the Rebuild GL function.
After changing the fiscal year-end
When you run financial reports for multiple properties, they must have the same fiscal year-end.
If you select properties with different ones, Breeze will display a warning message.
