There are three ways to add charges in Breeze:
You can run Monthly Posting to create charges for fees and other recurring items.
You can create one-time charges for miscellaneous fees; for example, a charge for a lost key.
You can use the Batch Charge feature to distribute a one time Special Assessment for the property.
