In this release, we added several enhancements to existing features and reporting.
Enhancements to Existing Features
We now support Per Door management fees.
You can now NSF owner as well as customer receipts.
The Batch Receipt screen now has a Total row at the bottom.
Enhancements to Reporting
The Trust Account Balance report now includes the Primary cash account for each property. Previously, only the account marked as Primary at the company level was taken into account.
On Correspondence reports, you can now select multiple owner statuses in the filter.
You can also clear the Status field and Breeze will run the report for all tenants.
The 12 Month Budget report now uses the same formatting as the Budget Comparison report, and you can exclude GL accounts from the report by selecting the Exclude from Budget option on the GL Account screen.
