On the Company screen, we added a new checkbox: Monthly Posting Apply Credits. If this option is selected, the Monthly Posting feature will automatically apply any existing owner credits to the new charges.
Note: If an owner has prepayments that are set to be applied automatically, they will be applied before credits.
The Owner Delinquency Summary has been updated so owners with a prepay only balance are not included in the report.
