Updates to the Yardi Breeze App: Invoice Approvals
This release includes the following updates to the Yardi Breeze App:
Using the app, you can now review and approve payable invoices.
Maintenance requests will now show custom data.
The widgets that appear on a user's phone are based on the user's permission settings.
Breeze App Background
The Yardi Breeze App was released on 01/24/2023. The first release included property maintenance work, unit inspections, and tasks.

Upgrade to the Monthly Posting Task
Previously, you could only schedule the monthly posting task on a limited number of days. Now you can select any day of the month, and you can choose to post charges for the current month or the next month.
By default, the task is set to run on the 25th and post charges for next month. This is appropriate for most clients -- if tenants pay early, the matching charges will already be in the system.
