Email Templates for Maintenance Requests
On the Maintenance Request screen, you can click a button to email the request to a vendor or owner. The request is sent as a PDF attached to an email. Previously, you had to complete the email message manually; now you can use an email template to quickly complete the message and send it.
Update to the Yardi Breeze App
You can now email a maintenance request from the app.
EFT Setup for Vendors and Owners
On the EFT setup for a vendor or owner, there is a new field to designate the bank account as a commercial or a consumer account. You must ensure the correct option is selected for existing vendors and owners, as well as new ones going forward. If you have a large number of vendors who need to be updated to the commercial setting, please start a chat with support so we can assist you.
