On November 13th, the release will be given to a group of early adopters -- clients who have shown an interest in one or more of the new features. In December, the release will be given to all clients.

You can now schedule mass emails to owners or vendors. For example, if you would like to remind owners to pay rent before late fees are assessed, you could set up a reminder message and schedule it for the 3rd of each month. Once the message has been set up, the system will send it out automatically.

When you are emailing monthly reports to owners, you can now include a note to the owner, entered on the report filter. When the system generates the email message that is sent with the report packet, the note is included automatically.

Also, you can now schedule sending out report packets, so you don't have to do it every month.

For unit inspections, you can now attach photos that are larger than 5 MBs, and you can open every photo in full-screen mode.

On the Transaction Register Report for receipts, we added a column that shows the payment method used by each owner.
