How do I print mailing labels for owners?

With Breeze, you can easily generate mailing labels for owners. You can use two types of blank label sheets: HP Avery 5260 (3 x 10) and HP Avery 5261 (2 x 10). Load the sheets in your printer when you are ready to generate labels.

To print mailing labels for owners

Go to Reporting > Correspondence > Vendor/Owner and select Mailing Labels.

On the left, there's a group of filter fields, allowing you to select owners. On the right, there's a group of fields that determine how the labels are printed.

The sort order determines how the labels appear on the page. You can sort by Name or Zip Code. Before you print the labels, you can view a PDF and check the sort order.

By default, Breeze generates one label per owner. If you want additional labels, enter the number of copies you want.
