Breeze offers two different features for processing management fees:
Management Fees
Advanced Management Fees
Use Management Fees if you pay a simple percentage commission for each property, and you pay commission on the same G/L accounts for all properties.
Use Advanced Management Fees if you want to pay commission on different G/L accounts for different properties, and/or you want to pay different percentages for different G/L accounts.

If necessary, you can use both methods within the same database, but for individual properties, you should select one method or the other.
