You can set up calendar tasks that recur on a regular basis, for example, weekly or monthly.
To set up a recurring task
Go to the Dashboard. In the Calendar section, click on any day.
The Calendar Activity screen appears.
Note: For Premier clients, there's another screen that is explained at the end of this article.
Complete the fields at the bottom of the screen for recurring tasks.
Select the frequency: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly. The next few fields will change based on the frequency you select.
Daily or Weekly | Occurences: Enter the number of times this event should repeat.
If you've selected Weekly, it will always reoccur on the same weekday as the original event. |
Monthly | Day: Enter the day of the month on which this event should occur.
Occurences: Enter the number of times this event should repeat. |
Yearly | On: In the dropdown, select a month. In the box below that, enter a number between 1-28. For example, to have an event reoccur on March 5 every year, select March in the dropdown and type 5 into the next field.

Click Submit. The activity then appears on the calendar, according the frequency you selected.
Adding Recurring Activities from the Activity Feed
You can also add recurring activities from the Activity Feed of a Breeze record, for example, from the Property screen.
Open the record and click the Add Activity button. The Activity Feed screen appears.
If you select the Show on Calendar option, the screen will display the fields for recurrence. Complete them as needed.
Note for Premier Users: If you are a Breeze Premier client, the procedure is slightly different. When you click on a day on the calendar, you are given a set of options.
For a recurring activity, select Calendar Activity. The other options are part of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) feature.
